Single sign on with Azure Active Directory
Single sign on is now available to use in iCompleat! With AAD, there's no need for multiple account passwords, just use your Azure platform to single sign-on your users in iCompleat.

Your Resource Center has moved a few inches north!
The iCompleat Resource Center (that little green question mark icon on the homepage) has a new home next to your name in the top-right.
It looks a little different, but has exactly the same features as before: a search bar for browsing our help guides, plus a button to contact us & submit a ticket.

New design for our reports
For those using our new user interface, our reports have been given a fresh new look! Now with a smoother design with greater filter & customization capabilities.
For those not currently using our new UI, you can make the switch by clicking the banner at the top of your screen.
Admin users can now decide who receipts orders
We added the option to receipt orders a few months ago & we’ve been listening closely to your feedback so that the receipting feature can evolve in line with your needs & experience.
That’s why we’re giving admin users control over which users can perform receipting. The new can receipt orders permission sits in a user’s profile under the User access tab & lets admin users switch a user’s access to receipting off & on at a moment’s notice.
Previously, all users who can create orders had access to the receipting feature, but this finer level of control reflects the nuanced needs of every finance department.
To access the permission, go to Configuration > Manage users > click a user & find the permission under User access on the right.
We've aimed to resolve a number of small bugs in the system that have been bothering us (and you) for a little while. These have all been fixed & the system is running a lot happier.
Invoices being incorrectly flagged as duplicates
Some customers were seeing invoices in the Unprocessed tray being incorrectly identified as having a duplicate invoice reference number.
Error when posting approved invoices to NetSuite
Some customers connected to NetSuite were experiencing connection issues that were preventing fully approved invoices from being posted.
Summary of PO missing status bar after edit
An issue was resolved where, updating the supplier defaults on an invoice would cause the matching status & icon from displaying when returning to the invoice summary screen.
Workflow button is not shown after deleting a line & saving PO
We've resolved a bug where, when adding & deleting lines on a purchase order, the workflow button would not shown after deleting a line then saving the order.
'That didn't work' page shown when editing PO
An issue has been resolved where, when using a punchout supplier, editing the order & changing the supplier to a non-punchout, the 'That didn't work' page is displayed.
Not showing invoice details when clicking button
We've fixed a bug where when selecting the 'show details' link in invoice summary, against the 'This invoice had its PO reference edited' is not showing appropriate data.
Transfer & Import PO buttons overlapping
A user interface fix have been applied where the 'Transfer' & 'Import PO' buttons would overlap when using Quick Actions on an invoice.
Invoice Pack not displayed until page refresh
We've fixed a bug where when creating an invoice pack for the first time, it doesn't display on the grid until the page is refreshed.
Company name disappears in drop-down
We've fixed the company name disappearing in the drop-down when transferring an invoice in the unprocessed tray.
Invoice tray filters not saving
A small bug was resolved where filters were sometimes not saving when navigating between the invoice tray tabs.
Accruals report failed export
An issue has been fixed where a report was failing to export.
Cannot edit & save invoice
A bug has been squished where a user could not save changes to their invoice when changing the coding & date of the invoice.
