Good news travels fast, and soon it'll travel even faster. We're giving Compleat notifications a serious glow-up, so the things that need your attention find you (and the things that don't, don't). Here's a sneak peek at what's on the way.

Desktop Notifications | COMING SOON! 

How They'll Work

Compleat will be able to send notifications straight to your Windows desktop, even when your browser is closed. So if an approval is waiting on you, a friendly reminder will pop up without you needing to have Compleat open.

It's completely optional. You'll simply grant permission on your device, and you can switch desktop notifications on or off in your profile whenever you like. We're starting with desktops and laptops.

• No more missed approvals: Reminders reach you wherever you're working.
• Fewer tabs: Close your browser with confidence. We'll give you a nudge when you're needed.
• Your call: Turn it on if it suits you, leave it off if it doesn't.

Tag Users & Teams in Notes | COMING SOON! 

How Tagging Will Work

You'll be able to tag individual users or whole teams in a transaction note. Everyone you tag gets a notification and can jump straight into the transaction to read the note and add a comment.

From there, they can use the existing forwarding option to send the transaction on for approval, keeping the whole conversation in Compleat instead of scattered across emails, Teams or Slack.

• Less chasing: The note and the notification live right where the work happens.
• Context in one place: Notes, comments and the transaction itself all sit together.

How They'll Work

You'll be able to choose which types of notifications you receive, much like the email notification rules you already know. Your notification widget stays right where it is, with more say over what shows up in it.

A few important service alerts will stay on for everyone, such as a connector issue, running low on credits, or a payment that needs attention. These are the messages that keep things running smoothly, so we'll always make sure you see them. We're also building in extra security behind the scenes, so your notifications are delivered safely to the right people.
