What's new
See notes on the invoice and order summary
Notes are a great way to provide narrative behind transactions in iCompleat, and we thought they needed to be up front and central for your team to see.
Now, notes can be visible on the invoice and order summary page below the lines, along with the option to add new notes.
A simple addition to the invoice summary page that we hope will bring clarity to your AP team!
Visibility of notes can be enabled on an individual layout basis. To configure it, Administrators need to go to Configuration > Layouts > Click a layout to open it > Field Configuration > Switch on the Show notes in transaction summary toggle.
Receipting differences acknowledged in budgets
Your budgets will now take into account the nuanced receipting statuses of transactions, meaning the spend value in budgets is always accurate.
Fixes
FIXED! The currency conversion values on PO imports weren't being correctly set, causing invalid matching results.
FIXED! Customers got the That didn't work page when saving a transaction containing particularly long item codes. We've set the code limit to 50 characters to avoid future errors.

can the notes also be added to PO's?

Thanks for asking - yes they can! It seems this detail was missed from the original post, so I've updated it to include the functionality for both invoices and POs.
