Save your approval groups

Here's a starter for ten.

Saving your approval groups when you're creating workflows is a really good idea - even if they just contain one person.

Why? When a person leaves your company, you can quickly remove them from the approval group & add the new employee taking over their role. This change will be applied to all of your saved workflows that include approval group, saving you having to go into each individual workflow to remove the leaver & add a new employee in their place.

Plus, it just makes creating workflows much quicker - especially if you have a very complex approval network in your company with people & groups appearing in multiple workflows.
