This is your place to connect with other people using iCompleat, share ideas, collaborate & learn. We’re excited that you’re here & we can’t wait to hear what you have to say!
“Community” refers to any place where you can post. This includes in the topic areas on this Community page, as well as the comment sections at the bottom of our Help Center articles.
Please take a moment to read our Community Code of Conduct before posting or commenting. All of our Community members should be familiar with them & will be held accountable for following them.
Community Code of Conduct
We support an open, friendly & peaceful environment in our community. To maintain that environment, we ask that you be respectful of other people in the community, use good judgement when posting & commenting, & be an ally to your iCompleat peers.
These are the principles we ask that you follow to help us achieve this.
Be kind & supportive.
We want this community to be a great experience for everyone, so please show some love. That means supporting each other, being kind, encouraging your Community peers & helping out wherever you can. Differences of opinion can happen, but please handle them maturely & respectfully. Vote up ideas, posts & comments that you like, & give positive reinforcement where it’s due.
Give plenty of detail, including screenshots & links if needed.
If you have some knowledge to share, go all out! We’re all here to enrich our experience of iCompleat & the more information we have, the easier that becomes. Where possible, back up your posts with screenshots, links & step-by-step instructions. Write clearly & succinctly whilst providing plenty of detail. Don’t be shy to talk up your idea – if you think it’s good, then it’s worth sharing.
Be civil & respectful.
Use an appropriate tone & avoid foul language. Posts, comments, or content that that are violent, threatening, abusive, sexually explicit, obscene, offensive, derogatory, defamatory, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable are unacceptable & will be removed.

We’ve pinned a helpful post at the top of every Community topic giving you some pointers on how to successfully participate. Please read each pinned post before posting or commenting in a topic so that everyone can enjoy the Community at its best.
Stay on topic & avoid spam
Your posts & comments should stay relevant to the topic being discussed. Please avoid posting unsolicited personal or commercial advertising (“Check out my company’s limited-time offer!” etc.) or posting the same message to multiple discussions. Do not post personal information, including your own or someone else’s.
Relax & have fun!
Above all, we want this Community to be a place where iCompleat users can relax, get to know each other & feel part of something bigger. Relax, be yourself & don’t hold back from posting, voting & commenting on the topics that are important to you.
Consider a support ticket.
Before you post, ask yourself if what you're posting about should be dealt with by our Support team rather than posted in the Community.
Issues relating to Support include:
- iCompleat performance issues (unable to log in, error pages or slow loading)
- Bugs where iCompleat isn't working as it should (unresponsive buttons & menus, features glitching)
- Invoice processing issues
