Line item code & description has been added into Budgets.

We have added new info into APIs to include a URL to link straight to specific transaction/attachment. This means customers can choose to share this URL in downstream systems rather than trying to mine the attachments.

Updated fonts in reports to match the rest of the theme.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where budgets were not displaying the document preview in some cases.
- Solved a problem that caused Supplier Management to show duplicate records.
- Fixed a bug that meant Tray Export was not keeping filters.
