The Compleat Sustainability report sits alongside the Advanced Analytics Report to help you simultaneously make savings & reduce your company's carbon footprint.
This report shows you advanced data about your spending across suppliers & procurement categories, tracked against your carbon emissions based on the deliveries your company receives.
You can use this report to compare your supplier spending, consolidate orders & deliveries, identify spending habits that will help you reduce your carbon footprint, & reduce your CO2 emissions in line with the three Scopes outlined by the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol.
The Compleat Sustainability report is split into 3 main categories, each containing individual reports visualized in charts & graphs:
- Advanced Options (CO2 Tracking, Reference Tables)
- Procurement Categories (Category Overview, Category Detail)
- Suppliers & Consolidation (Supplier Overview, Supplier Details, Supplier Comparisons)
In this guide, we summarize the information available to you in each report, & give you tips on how to get the most out of your Compleat Sustainability reports.
Interacting with your reports
Drill down into a report
The small grey arrow in the top-left of a report means you can drill down into the nitty gritty data within a table in the report.
To do this, just double-click on a line in the table.
Export a report to Word, Powerpoint, PDF, or Excel
Click the three dots in the top-right corner of a table or graph within a report to download or export it.
Zoom in on a graph
Click & drag over an area of a graph to zoom in on the data.
You can return to the normal view by clicking Reset zoom in the top-right.
Filter a report
Some reports can be filtered by certain criteria to let you broaden or narrow the results according to your preferences.
The filter criteria varies between reports.
Explore a graph
Hover over the results in one of the graphs to see the specific figures behind the graph.
Email reports to your colleagues
Click the dotted menu in the top-right of a report category to instantly email a report to your colleagues.
Client Dashboard
Dashboard
Your Dashboard is the first thing you see when you open Compleat Sustainability.
It summarizes the key factors affecting your sustainability reports, & provides a clear reminder of the 3 Carbon Emissions Scopes used to categorize the emissions any company creates.
The Dashboard shows your gross spend & CO2 tonnes emitted per year, as well as your company's carbon emissions per scope.

CO2 Tracking
The CO2 tracking report includes graphs tracking two important trends:
- CO2 emissions in tonnes over tonnes (by month)
- CO2 emissions over time tracked against spend
You can filter the results in the CO2 tracking report using the following criteria:
- Document year
- Document month
- Description
- Supplier name
Reference Tables
This report presents your transaction information & carbon data in simple reference tables.
It includes your company's CO2 emissions per Scope, & breaks down your emissions according to procurement category.
The lower table in the report presents raw data on your company's sustainability status per supplier, including gross total CO2 emissions per supplier alongside the Scope, supplier reference, & document date.
Procurement Categories
Category Overview
The Category Overview shows CO2 emissions tracked against each procurement category in your company, as well as a quick reminder of your total gross spend & total CO2 emissions in tonnes.
It also shows you:
- Your gross spend against CO2 emissions in tonnes per month
- A list of your procurement categories & their supplier & CO2 data
- Gross spend per procurement category in descending order
- CO2 emissions per procurement category in descending order
Category Detail
The Category Overview report gives you more in-depth information about the number of documents your company has processed over time per month, & the relevant carbon information for each document process, split by procurement category.
Suppliers & Consolidation
Supplier Overview
This report gives you a clear idea of the relationship between your individual supplier spend & your CO2 emissions.
Here, you van view a full list of your suppliers, along with the CO2 emissions in tonnes attributed to your orders with each supplier, the Scope they fall under, & how many documents processed against the supplier in Compleat.
The bar charts in this report show you the top ten suppliers by gross spend & CO2 tonnes.
You can filter this report by Scope & description using the filter tool in the top-right.
Supplier Details
The Supplier Details report shows your company's gross spend & CO2 emissions in tonnes over time by month.
The detailed table in this report gives you a breakdown of CO2 figures for each of your suppliers, including CO2 in tonnes, delivery number, order period in days, & CO2 emitted in kilograms per delivery.
Supplier Comparisons
This highly customizable report lets you compare your suppliers' carbon output & the number of documents processed against each supplier compares to their spend.
You can use the filter tool in the top-right to compare specific suppliers, or limit the report to a set year, month, Scope, or procurement category.
