Integrate iCompleat with Exchequer to enjoy real-time AP automation
Our Exchequer connector is a piece of software that you install on your local network. It manages and protects all the information that's passed between Exchequer and iCompleat. Any information shared is secure and encrypted.
iCompleat posts to Exchequer:
- Invoice data (header and line level)
- Credit note data (header and line level)
- URL link to invoice/credit note
- General ledger posting date
- "Hold for query" flag for daybook postings
- 'Authorized', 'On hold', and 'Not authorized' posting statuses (default state can be applied, with ability to override per transaction)
- New suppliers
iCompleat receives from Exchequer:
- Supplier information (including bank details and payment terms)
- Exchange rates/currencies
- General ledger accounts
- VAT rates
- Departments
- Delivery sites
- User-defined fields
- Journal reference of the posted invoice

This should only be required if changes have not been previously made to the Toolkit Object.
Re-generating the BtrvSQL.dat file
When the BtrvSQL file is generated, it creates a list of companies, their codes, names, and UNC file paths. This tells our connector where to point the Exchequer Toolkit in order to cache and post data to/from iCompleat.
In the event that you move the company folder, or add a new company, you must follow the steps to generate the BtrvSQL.dat file again so that the file is up to date.
Licenses
We have noticed that if the COM Toolkit license is missing from the Exchequer installation, the toolkit does not error, but instead attempts to open a windows dialog and locks up. If your connector installs correctly, but continually locks up upon attempting to cache, please verify your licenses as a first point of call.
