Hey there!
Where did October go?! Here are some updates & fixes to kick-start your November.
What's new
Partially receipt an order item
You can now partially receipt a single order item up to two decimal places!
Not all items on your orders arrive in one piece, & we realized that could make receipting a bit of a nightmare.
For example, an order with a single line for one tonne of sand might be staggered across four deliveries containing 250kg of sand each. In some cases, a supplier might run out of stock & make only a partial delivery of one of your line items.
Whatever the scenario, you can now accurately record those complicated deliveries by partially receipting a line item. When you’re receipting a line, simply enter the quantity received to two decimal places (eg. 0.25 for each bag of sand) & let iCompleat keep track.
Check out Receipting orders to learn more.
We're getting a makeover!
Over the next few weeks, you'll start to notice some new colors appearing in iCompleat in place of the previous pinks & purples.
That's because we're bringing iCompleat up to date with the fresh new look & feel of our branding (Check out the Compleat website if you're curious about what that looks like!).
In the meantime, we're continuing to work on a brand new user interface behind the scenes - watch this space!
Fixes
Missing records in the Supplier activity report
In some cases, the grid in the Supplier activity report that displays transactions in the report was empty.
Password reset email failing to send
Some customers trying to reset their iCompleat password weren’t receiving the automatic email that contains a prompt to create a new password.
Date format error on invoice downloads
Invoice download spreadsheets were sometimes displaying dates in the wrong format. Eg. The US format MM/DD/YYYY for UK transactions, instead of DD/MM/YYYY.
