Keep an address book in iCompleat for those one-off delivery sites
The Address book in iCompleat lets you save and manage order delivery addresses that aren't saved in your accounting software.
This is useful if your accounting software doesn't allow you to save multiple delivery site addresses, or perhaps only allows for a limited number.
When you and other users are creating orders in iCompleat, you can select an address book entry from the same drop-down that contains the addresses in your accounting software.
You can still use the address book feature even if you do use accounting software that allows the use of multiple addresses.
Addresses that you add to the address book in iCompleat won't be saved to your accounting software.
You need to be an iCompleat administrator to edit and manage your address book.
In this article we show you how to set up your address book.
- On the homepage, click Configuration.
- Click Company.
- Go to Ordering.
- Click the button to the right of the Address book feature to configure settings.
- Use the on-screen spreadsheet to manually enter your addresses.
Alternatively, you can use our template provided to populate a spreadsheet and upload it to iCompleat. Click the link to download.
Click Select file to import in the bottom-right of the screen to import the file, or drop the file in the Import area. - When you've entered your delivery addresses, click Save in the bottom-left.

The addresses you entered are now available to select from when you and other users in your company are creating orders
