Retrieving payment due dates from Sage Intacct

iCompleat wasn't retrieving suppliers' payment due dates from Sage Intacct when caching.

Missing tax codes from Sage Intacct

iCompleat was sometimes missing tax codes from Sage Intacct when caching.

Receipted PO lines not available to import to invoices

When importing PO lines from a receipted order to an invoice, some customers were only seeing the original PO lines available to import rather than the receipted lines.

All Open Orders report showing values against non-receipted order lines

The All Open Orders report was incorrectly showing the remaining Net, VAT and Gross totals against open order lines that hadn't been receipted.
