Hey there!
Here's your first May 2021 instalment of iCompleat fun & fixes. 🔨
What's new
Clone your workflows in a single click
Have you ever created a painstakingly elaborate workflow in iCompleat, stood back to survey your handiwork, and thought, "That workflow is so good I should make it again"?
Of course you have!
Here to answer your prayers whilst saving you the mortal agony of having to go through the entire process again from scratch is the new Make a copy of this workflow button.
Delivering exactly what it says on the tin, this useful little button creates an instant replica of any workflow in an instant. Just open that workflow you're proud of, select the button in the bottom-right, and watch an exact copy of your workflow appear in a flash.
You can then rename and tweak the workflow to suit different needs within the company, before saving it ready for use.

Transfer an invoice to another layout or company
If you're an AP Operator hard at work processing invoices on a daily basis, this neat new feature is about to make your job a lot simpler.
It's convenient, it's time-saving, it's... the new Transfer button on the invoice editing page!
Open an invoice and select the button in the bottom-right corner, and you can now choose to transfer the invoice to an entirely different company in your iCompleat account, or apply a different layout. Or, hey, both at once!
This is a really useful tool if you have multiple companies in iCompleat, and one of your suppliers gets mixed up and sends an invoice to the wrong company. Or simply if you need to apply a different layout so that you can code your invoice differently.
Just remember that when you use this feature, you'll lose any coding you've already applied to the invoice before the transfer.
Enjoy!
