Preview supporting documents when you're creating an invoice pack

Exporting a neat and tidy list of all your fully approved, ready-to-pay invoices in one clean sweep… could creating an invoice pack be any more satisfying?

Actually, we thought so.

Our latest flourish gives you that extra bit of detail so that you can add an invoice to a pack and submit it for approval with confidence. Now when you’re browsing fully approved invoices to add to a pack, you can click to see a preview of any supporting documents attached to the invoice.

View, export, print

This includes the original email message from the supplier, any extra documents they attached, and any documents attached to the invoice by AP operators and approvers during its journey through iCompleat.

In the list of potential invoices to add to a pack, just click the number underneath the paperclip icon to see a preview of an invoice’s supporting documents. We even added the option to zoom in, download, and print them right there and then.

That’s satisfying!

Fixes

Nominated users unable to validate bank details

Some iCompleat users nominated to validate supplier bank details on invoices were encountering the Uh-Oh! page when attempting to validate.

Addresses cached from Sage Intacct displaying incorrectly

Addresses cashed into iCompleat from Sage Intacct weren't displaying in the correct format.
