Export your supplier defaults data to Excel
Our latest enhancement to your iCompleat experience is the brand new Export button in the Supplier Defaults area.
Simply select the button to export your supplier defaults data to an Excel spreadsheet, and get an instant insight into the workflows, tax codes, account codes, and other default codes assigned to your suppliers. This makes it quick and easy to see a breakdown of each supplier whose invoices go to a particular workflow, for instance, or see those suppliers with some defaults not yet mapped.

Filters remain when you move between trays
Processing your orders and invoices is now easier than ever thanks to our new enhancement to the way filters work in the trays. Now, when you filter your orders or invoices by custom criteria using the filter icon above the columns, that filter will remain when you navigate between the different trays, and even click in and out of transactions.
This makes it much each when you're viewing invoices or orders from a specific supplier, making it possible to move between the various trays to get a quick idea of the status of all of the supplier's transactions in iCompleat.
It's available in all of the order and invoices trays, and should be a great tool going forward to help you drill down to specific transactions, and get a clearer picture of what's going on in your company.
View the previous timeline of orders and invoices
Sometimes a transaction's timeline isn't so straightfoward. For one reason or another, orders get denied, invoices get recalled for further coding, and their history becomes that little bit more complicated. Luckily for you, we've introduced the Previous Approval Timeline - your window into a transaction's detailed history.
If an order or invoice has been recalled or denied at some point in its journey through iCompleat, and then re-submitted, there will now be a green button in the top-right of its Documents and Timeline. Click this, and the transaction's Previous Approval Timeline will appear, documenting its previous journey before it was resubmitted. Clicking the green button again switches back to the transaction's current Documents and Timeline.
Incorrect date against invoices in a pack
Sometimes, the invoice date displayed against an invoice in a pack was the date that the invoice arrived in iCompleat, rather than the date on the invoice itself.
Delay in invoices being flagged as duplicates
Sometimes, duplicate invoices weren't being flagged as duplicates by iCompleat until after you'd coded them and tried to submit them for approval.
Trays displaying incorrect number of transactions
Sometimes, the invoice tray tabs were incorrectly displaying the number of transactions in the tray as zero.
