What's new

Delete unapproved invoice packs

We've added a button that lets you delete unapproved invoice packs, freeing up invoices to be used in new packs. This is a useful tool if you make any errors creating invoice packs, or need to edit invoices or resolve any issues after you've added them to a pack.

To delete an unapproved invoice pack, just head to the Invoice packs area in iCompleat, and select the Delete button next to the invoice pack you'd like to get rid of. Then, select Yes to confirm that you'd like the pack to be deleted, and the invoices removed from it.

All invoices in the deleted pack will become immediately available to be used in a new invoice pack for when you're ready to start afresh.

Fixes

Errors creating approval groups

Some customers were encountering errors trying to add more than one user to an approval group in a workflow.

Invoices missing from a pack

Sometimes, some invoice PDFs weren't being included in an invoice pack, and the list of invoices in the pack wasn't displaying correctly when you clicked on a pack.

Xero connection issues

• Some customers couldn't connect to Xero.
• Some customers could connect to Xero, but not all codes were being pulled across.
• Some customers could connect and cache, but were encountering failed postings.
