You need to follow steps to Set up iCompleatBuy before you can access and enter your Browns Books credentials. Already done that? Ignore this and keep reading!

You're ready to start using iCompleatBuy to shop with Browns Books straight from the iCompleat homepage.

To get set up, you just need to enter four unique punchout credentials into iCompleat. You can get these credentials by contacting Browns Books directly.

The four credentials you need are:

• System login "From identity" in cXML
• Password "Shared Secret" in cXML
• Purchase order request URL
• Custom Extrinsics

Once Browns Books have given you your credentials, you'll need to enter them into iCompleat so that the two systems can integrate.

Enter your Browns Books credentials

1. Use one of these two methods to access the page to enter your Browns Books credentials in iCompleat:

   Method 1

   On the iCompleat homepage, select Browns Books.

   Method 2

   i. On the homepage, select Configuration.

   ii. Select Company management.

   iii. Go to Ordering.

   

   iv. Next to Manage punchout integrations, select Configure.

   v. Next to Browns Books, select Change.

   

2. Enter your Browns Books credentials into the relevant fields.
3. The Require workflow approval toggle is switched on by default.

   This means that order creators who place orders with Browns Books will have to submit them to a workflow for approval as normal.

   Switch this off if you don't require approvals for Browns Books orders. Order creators will see a Purchase button instead of the workflow options.

4. Select Save.

That's it!
