So you've decided to start shopping with Lyreco using iCompleatBuy? Great move!

To get set up, you need to enter your unique punchout credentials for Lyreco. To get hold of these, just contact your Lyreco account manager.

The three credentials you need are:

• System login "From identity in cXML
• Password "Shared Secret" in cXML
• Punchout URL

Once you've got your Lyreco punchout credentials, you'll need to enter them into iCompleat so that the two systems can integrate.

Enter your Lyreco credentials

To enter your Lyreco punchout credentials into iCompleat, follow these steps.

1. Use one of these two methods to access the page to enter your Lyreco credentials in iCompleat:

   Method 1

   On the iCompleat homepage, select Lyreco.

   

   Method 2

   i. On the homepage, select Configuration.

   ii. Select Company management.

   iii. Go to Ordering.

   

   iv. Next to Manage punchout integrations, select Configure.

2. Enter your Lyreco punchout credentials into the relevant fields.
3. The Require workflow approval toggle is switched on by default.

   This means that order creators who place orders with Lyreco will have to submit them to a workflow for approval as normal.

   Switch this off if you don't require approvals for Lyreco orders. Order creators will see a Purchase button instead of the workflow options.

4. Select Save.

Nearly there! You’ve connected iCompleat to your Lyreco account using your unique credentials, and there are just a couple more configuration steps you need to take before you’re fully set up.
