You must be either a standard or an adviser Xero user to connect your company to iCompleat.
What does this integration do?
The data flow diagram shows how data from iCompleat maps to Xero and which direction data flows.
What doesn't this integration do?
Only functionality for purchasing.
To disconnect from Xero:
- Select Configuration.
- Select Company Management.
- Select Connection.
- Select Disconnect.
- A popup appears, select Yes to confirm the disconnect.
The connection is disabled and the exclamation icon displays in the connection tab.
When and how does data sync occuur? Are there any settings related to data synching?
You can check data syncronising by:
- Select Configuration
- Select Company Management
- Select Connection
All of the data sync information is in the Cache Schedule and Last Cache rows.
- Select Sync Now to sync the data.
To change the cache schedule:
- Select Change.
The Cache Schedule popup appears.
- Select one of the following to set how often you want the data sync to occur:
Once daily at this time.
Select the Time of the day you want the data sync to occur.
Once per week at this time.
Select the Day of the week and Time of the day that you want the data sync to occur.
- Select Save.
The data sync settings are updated.
