Accessing the Reports Feature
On the iCompleat homepage click 'Reports'.
The iCompleat reports available to you appear.
Exploring the Supplier Spend Report
This report is primed for budget holders and managers who have relationships with suppliers and are purchasing goods. It acts as a simple, accessible hub for all the key data you need to access in order to monitor what you’re spending with your suppliers.
Within this report, you can select individual suppliers to see real-time data around your spending. You can choose a custom time period to view your desired stats, or choose to view gross data from the current month, over 12 months, or an all-time total. You also have the option to click into individual invoices from the results, view any supporting documents, and export data to PDF or Excel for further analysis.

Exploring the Cash Requirements Report
Cash Requirements is where you can find out which invoices need paying and when. It’s an infinitely handy reporting feature for monitoring cashflow and ultimately making sure your bills are settled in a timely fashion, keeping your suppliers satisfied and your accounts in check.
You can set a custom time period to see the total value of invoices that require payment in that time frame, as well as outstanding VAT. Clicking individual figures in the results allows you to see the individual invoices that make up those figures. Like the Supplier Spend and other reporting features, you can also export these results to PDF and Excel.
