The Universal Connector lets you upload and manage your reference data directly in iCompleat. Instead of iCompleat automatically sending your invoices to your finance system, you'll need to use iCompleat's invoice download feature, and then manually upload them to a finance system.
Just make sure you switch on the invoice download permission for you and any other users who need to download invoices.
Follow these steps to connect to iCompleat's Universal Connector.
- On the homepage, select Configuration.
- Select Company management.
- Go to Connection.
- Next to Configure new connector, select Configure.
- Select Universal connector.
- Select which month your financial year starts.
- Select OK.
