Connector - Details of the current connector downloaded for communication between iCompleat and your finance system for on-premise applications. For online platforms, it will say connected. It will specify the application and the corresponding version if applicable.
Last heartbeat - The flashing green heartbeat is a live indication of connection status. If the heart is not beating green and is a stationary red outline, then this indicates connection is not established.
Installation - Indicates the technical information of the relevant addresses where the connector is installed.
You will only see this information if you have an on-premise connector. It provides the server/desktop/laptop name where the connector is installed in addition to its MAC address, Internal IP, and External IP. These addresses are only relevant to troubleshooting connectivity issues in the event support require any form of future dial in.
Cache schedule - The time period when the iCompleat system will attempt to collect new data from your finance system to present in iCompleat.
The Cache schedule by default, is set to cache once per day at midnight. This can be amended by selecting the Change button.
We strongly recommend that any cache schedule timings take place away from business operating hours.
Last cache - Indicates the last time and date that a successful cache took place.
Alert email address - In the event a connection issue occurs when attempting to cache, the email address populated here will be notified.
Disconnect - Used in the event that a site wishes to disconnect from their current, connected finance system and potentially connect to a new one.
