Quickly see the posting status of your invoices from the tray
If you're connected to a finance system, iCompleat automatically posts fully approved invoices to your finance system.
If your finance software is cloud-based, invoice posting is instantaneous. If your finance system is on-premise (eg. Sage 200) then it might take a minute or two longer.
It takes just a moment to check if your invoice has posted to your finance system. Here's how.
- On the iCompleat homepage, click Invoices.
- Go to the Approved tray.
- A journal number in the far-right column beside an invoice indicates that it has been successfully posted to your finance system.
Hover over the journal number to see when the invoice was posted.
Don't see the invoice in the Approved tray? If your invoice has failed to post, it will be in the Posting failures tray. Administrators will receive a notification of the posting failure and can retry posting or return the invoice to the Unprocessed tray for editing.
