You must be either a standard or an adviser Xero user to connect your company to iCompleat.
iCompleat can fully integrate with Xero to share your accounts payable & purchasing data in real-time.
iCompleat posts to Xero:
- Invoice line & header data
- Invoice PDF
- New suppliers
iCompleat retrieves from Xero:
- Supplier information (including bank details & payment terms)
- Currency codes
- Account codes
- Tax codes
- First tracking code
- Second tracking code
- Delivery sites
- Journal reference of the posted invoice
- Direct link to the Xero bill
- invoice payment status
Follow these steps to connect to Xero:
- On the homepage, click Configuration.
- Click Company management.
- Go to Connection.
- Next to Configure new connector, click Configure.
- Click the Xero tile.
- Click Connect to Xero.
- Log in to Xero.
- Click Allow access.
- A message appears letting you know you're connected.
- Select Xero from the drop-down, & click Search.
- Select your company from the drop-down, & click Connect.
- Select the settings for the features you use in Xero from the drop-downs, & click Save.
Our recommended settings are selected by default.
- You're now connected!

Disconnect Xero from iCompleat
- On the iCompleat homepage, click Configuration.
- Click Company Management.
- Go to Connection.
- Select Disconnect.
- A popup appears, select Yes to confirm the disconnect.
The connection is disabled and the exclamation icon displays in the connection tab.
