Sometimes you might need to delete an order from iCompleat - perhaps because the supplier has discontinued the item, or you've made an error in the order.
Whatever the reason, it's easy to delete an order that you no longer need. All deleted orders go to your Deleted tray, including orders that you have approved that another user has then deleted.
Follow these steps to delete an approved order.
You can only delete an approved order that hasn't been matched to an invoice.
- On the homepage, select Manage orders.
- Go to the Approved tray, and select the approved order you want to delete.
- The order summary appears.
In the bottom-right, select Delete.
Enter your reason for deleting the order, and then select Delete.
- The order is now in your Deleted tray, and the order's Approval Timeline shows a record of you deleting it.
