One of the most common reasons a Sage connection failure occurs is due to changes in the firewall settings on your PC.
There are a number of ports that should be fully open in your firewall settings in order for Compleat & Sage to connect. We recommend asking an IT Administrator in your company to help you check that you have the following outbound ports open:
