We're building Feedback, a new home for your ideas right inside Compleat, where you can suggest improvements, back other customers' ideas and follow the roadmap as things move from an idea to a release. How It'll Work

You use Compleat every day, so you're often the first to spot what would make it better. Until now, sharing an idea meant raising a support ticket. With Feedback, you'll log into Compleat, go to the burger menu at the top left, and click Feedback, give your idea a short title, describe what you'd like and why it would help, then click Create. Our product team and other customers can see it straight away.

There's no separate account, invitation link or password to worry about. You're signed in as yourself straight away.

• No more tickets for ideas: Share a suggestion in a few clicks, right where you work.
• Every post gets read: Whatever you post, someone on our team will read it.
• Strength in numbers: Search the board first. If someone's already suggested your idea, backing their post adds your voice to theirs.

How Voting Will Work

Every post will have a thumbs-up button with a vote count. Click it to back an idea you'd like to see. You can also open any post to add a comment, such as how it would help your team or a detail the original post missed.

The board is shared, so other Compleat customers will see your posts and votes, and you'll see theirs. Just keep anything confidential (supplier names, values or personal details, etc.) out of what you post.

Follow the Roadmap | COMING SOON! 

How It'll Work

The Roadmap tab will show the improvements we're planning for the coming months, laid out by how far along they are. Each post shows its stage, so you can see at a glance where an idea has got to: In Consideration, In Progress, Releasing Soon or Released.

Follow the posts you care about and you'll be told when they change. Our product team reviews the board regularly, and when a decision's made, the board is updated, so you can watch an idea move without having to ask anyone.
