NEW! One search box to find it all
How It Works
Search in Compleat used to be limited to one field at a time, for one transaction type at a time, from inside a tray. From today there's a single search box at the top left of every page, so you can find transactions from any reference or name you have to hand.
Type all or part of a reference or supplier name and Compleat shows matching invoices, orders and suppliers - three of each, with more on request. Click a result to go straight to the record, or to a supplier's defaults and punch-out set-up if you have access.
Why You'll Love It
- Search from anywhere: One search box on every page, no need to open a tray first.
- Find it your way: Use any reference or supplier name, in full or in part.
- Straight to the record: Jump directly to the invoice, order or supplier you're after.
Get Started
There's no configuration needed. Click the search box at the top left of any page, or press the / key for a quick shortcut when you're not typing in a field.
NEW! A clearer approval timeline for orders and invoices
How It Works
The approval timeline is now more compact, and runs in strict chronological order. You can see who has approved, who has it now and for how long, and bring up later stages on demand.
New filters for milestones, approvals and changes help you zero in on the narrative you're after. You can also now issue or reissue an order to the supplier straight from the timeline, and invoice packs now appear at the right point in the sequence.
Why You'll Love It
- Instantly see where things stand: Who approved, who has it now and how long it's been there.
- Find what matters: Filter by milestones, approvals or changes.
- Act from the timeline: Issue or reissue an order to the supplier without leaving it.
Get Started
There's no configuration needed. Open the timeline on any order or invoice to see the new layout.
NEW! Set an approval nominee start and end date
How It Works
You can now set a start and end date for your approval nominee, giving you peace of mind when you have scheduled time away.
Now, when you go to set your approval nominee in your profile in Compleat, you'll see a Set dates option. Clicking this opens a popup where you can choose a start and end date.
Once you've set that custom time period, you can relax in the knowledge that your approvals will be taken care of while you're gone, and immediately back in your lap when you return.
Why You'll Love It
- Switch off with confidence: Your approvals are covered while you're away.
- Back on autopilot: Approvals return to you automatically when your dates end.
- Set it and forget it: Pick your dates once, with no need to remember to switch your nominee on or off.
Get Started
No configuration needed - next time you need to set an approval nominee, the Set dates option will be there waiting.
NEW! Extra fields in custom reports
You can now filter custom reports by five new fields:
- Submitted by
- Approved by (includes nominees approving on behalf of others)
- Denied by
- Denied comment
- Potential duplicate (invoices with duplicate supplier references)
The new fields work like any other fields in custom reports, with the option to filter the results, and move the columns to different positions.
Get Started
If you'd to use the new custom reports fields, log a support ticket and a member of our team will activate them for you.
NEW! Choose which email alerts you receive
You can now choose which email notifications you get from Compleat from inside your user profile.
The new Email toggle sits right next to the In-app and desktop toggle for all the important events requiring your attention, letting you quickly make a decision about exactly how you want to be alerted by Compleat - all from the same place.
Why You'll Love It
- Quick & easy setup: We couldn't have made this simpler!
- No surprise pings: You tell us how you exactly how you want to be notified.
- Notifications that suit you: Whether you're working in-app or offline, you're covered.
Get Started
Just head to your user profile (icon in top-right of Compleat) and go to the Notifications tab to set up your email notifications.
