Running more than one company in Compleat? You're going to like this. We're working on a whole new level of reporting, from one view across every company to asking your data questions in plain English. Here's the big picture, and a peek at what's further down the road.

How They'll Work

You'll be able to build reports that span all of your companies, not just the one you're logged into. You'll find them in a new Organisation Reports section in the Reports menu, available whichever company you're in.

If you've used custom reports, you'll feel right at home, because it's the same familiar interface. Analysis dimensions won't be included in the first release, as these vary from company to company, but they're on our roadmap for a future update.

Multi-Company Report Scheduling ON THE HORIZON! 

How It Works

We're exploring a way to schedule groups of custom reports across multiple companies and have them delivered automatically, whether that's as a download in Compleat, a push to your FTP site, or a feed straight into your other systems via our API.

We're also looking at letting you build a report once and roll it out across all your companies in one go. Reports would always run with the right user permissions, so people only ever see what they should. This one is still in the early research stage, and we'll share more as it takes shape.

Ask Your Data with AI ON THE HORIZON! 

How It Works

We're building a proof of concept that would let you connect AI tools, such as Claude, to your Compleat data. Instead of building a report, you could simply ask a question, like "Which suppliers did we spend the most with last quarter?", and get the answer in seconds.

It would be built with security front and centre, using sensible safeguards to protect your data and keep performance smooth for everyone. We expect this to be available as an optional upgrade, and we'll share more details as it develops.
