Welcome to the iCompleat release notes for 29th July 2026.

What's new

Use the PO number to drive workflow rules

There's a new Purchase Order option in the header conditions within workflow rules, letting administrators use it to drive workflow decisions.

To use it, create a condition in the workflow, and select Purchase Order at header level. 

You can then select from the following defining criteria:

• Is blank
• Is not blank
• Contains
• Does not contain

Customise user access to custom reports

When creating custom reports, you can now restrict access to the report at user-level.

To this this, click Save after creating your report, and select specific users from the User Access drop-down to give them access.

Leaving the field blank allows access to all users in the company who are able to view custom reports.
