Welcome to the iCompleat release notes for 12th August 2026.

We release product updates and fixes in iCompleat every 2 weeks, and tell you about them right here on the iCompleat Help Centre.

Our release notes include details about every new features or update, how they work, and any configuration steps you need to take in iCompleat. We also detail any bugs we identified and fixed.

What's new

In-App notifications are here 🔔

A new bell icon in the top-right of the iCompleat homepage toolbar delivers notifications about the important events in iCompleat requiring your attention.

Covering approval, denials, and transaction submissions in real-time, it shows up to 10 notifications at once for a simplified view, with the option to load further notifications.

You can clear notifications one at a time, or Clear all to refresh 

Two-factor authentication grace period

Administrators now have the option to add a grace period to two-factor authentication, during which users can continue signing in without 2FA.

Once the grace period expires, they will be required to enter a verification code when signing in.

This can be configured from the Actions menu in Users. See the full steps here.

Read-only invoice and order access

Two new Read only permissions for invoices and orders are a handy way to give auditors, Finance Directors, and external reviewers access to the AP information they need.

The permissions sit alongside the other company permissions, and can be assigned to one of more companies in the usual way.

Fixes

FIXED! Custom field changes weren't always carrying through correctly to transactions.

FIXED! The filter reset button wasn't clearing filters.

REMOVED! The company clone feature has been removed due to low usage.
