Carla is now in Beta and rolling out to customers in batches over the coming weeks. You don't need to do anything, and we'll let you know when Carla reaches your Compleat account.

Carla stands for Compleat AI Research & Learning Agent.
She finds the right purchase order
Missing PO number? Old reference? A typo, or a dropped zero? When an invoice arrives, Carla finds the order it most likely belongs to, tells you why, and links to it so you can check. Once it's matched, the invoice inherits the order's coding, so you save far more than the search.
She recommends how to code your invoices
Carla learns from how your team has actually coded past invoices, not from default rules someone set up a year ago. She suggests values for the fields you haven't filled in, grouped line by line, so you can see exactly what you're agreeing to. The more you use iCompleat, the sharper she gets.
She explains herself
Every suggestion comes with plain-English reasoning, and every decision is recorded in your documents and timeline, so your audit trail stays complete.
You're always in control
Carla suggests; you decide. Nothing changes without someone agreeing to it. Your administrator can switch Carla off for everyone, anyone can turn recommendations off or snooze them, and you can dismiss suggestions on a single invoice.
Your data stays yours
Carla's suggestions are built only from your own orders and coding history, and never used to make suggestions for anyone else.

A sharper eye on line matching, so Carla can work out which order line an invoice line really relates to. We're also exploring repeat purchase suggestions and a way to just ask Carla directly.
