What's new

Notes have a new home on the summary page

In May we added the option to display transaction notes on the invoice and order summary pages, giving teams better oversight about the story behind each transaction.

This update was so popular that we've turned the feature on by default. Administrators can still toggle it on and off on an individual layout basis by going to Configuration > Layouts > Clicking a layout to open it > Field Configuration > Switching on the Show notes in transaction summary toggle.

User permissions got an upgrade

Another new feature that launched behind a toggle recently, but we're now rolling it out for everyone due to popular demand - this advanced user configuration grid that makes assigning permissions a doddle.

Configure user access for your team across multiple companies within a single grid. Total oversight of who can do what, without having to jump between tabs.

Fixes

FIXED! Duplicating a transaction that was processing was causing the new transaction to be locked.

FIXED! Changes made to a user's settings removed the user's layout settings group assignments, resulting in them being reassigned to the default layout settings groups.
