If your Compleat Expenses system is set up to calculate your carbon output, you can create specific categories to make the calculations.

Here's how:

1. Log in to Compleat Expenses as an administrator
2. On the left, click Administration.
3. Click Categories.
4. Click Add to create a new category.
5. Add the details of your category, ensuring that you switch Travel Category to Yes.
6. Switch Carbon Category to Yes, and choose the mode of transport from the drop-down menu.
7. Click Save to apply your changes.
