If your Compleat Expenses system is set up to calculate your carbon output, you can create specific categories to make the calculations.
Here's how:
- Log in to Compleat Expenses as an administrator
- On the left, click Administration.
- Click Categories.
- Click Add to create a new category.
- Add the details of your category, ensuring that you switch Travel Category to Yes.
- Switch Carbon Category to Yes, and choose the mode of transport from the drop-down menu.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
