What's new

Option to make comments mandatory in approval groups

Administrators can now make comments mandatory for approval groups at any stage of a workflow, ensuring that multiple users or a single user must leave a comment justifying their decision to approve or deny a transaction.

We hope this enhancement brings clarity and accountability to your approval processes, helping your team capture the context behind each decision and maintain a more transparent, auditable workflow.

Stuck invoice packs go to the Failed tray

Large invoice packs that get stuck in the Processing phase will now be automatically rerouted to the Failed tray, where processing can be retried.

Import users with their own iCompleat password

Administrators uploading users to iCompleat via import can now make use of an additional Password column which means new users can bypass the password creation phase and begin logging in to iCompleat once they're added to the system.

Duplicated workflow transaction type

When duplicating a workflow, you can now select which transaction type will be assigned to the new workflow.

Financial Budget data will now backfill to new budgets

When creating a new Financial Budget, budget data will backfill to the beginning of the budget period to reflect the true history of spend in iCompleat.
