Configure Event rules using date fields

When creating custom rules to apply to invoice events, you can now determine the auto-population of the invoice date and/or the invoice received date fields.

When you're creating an invoice rule and you're choosing criteria at the "...then perform these actions" step, just select either the invoice date or invoice received date, and use the built-in calendar to set it to your desired date or date range.
