How do I access the Compleat EcoSystem?
The EcoSystem is available for all iCompleat customers to explore. It requires no configuration or user permissions.
Simply click the EcoSystem tile on the iCompleat homepage or the EcoSystem banner to jump right in and search for suppliers.
Does it cost anything?
No, it's completely free. You don't need to update your iCompleat subscription or configure any company settings to have access to the EcoSystem.
What information is on the EcoSystem?
When you arrive on the EcoSystem homepage, you'll see the supplier tiles with Featured Suppliers recommended by us at the top of the screen. Click a supplier tile, or the Learn more button of a Featured Supplier, to jump straight into the supplier's profile.
A supplier's profile gives you a detailed overview of the supplier and what they offer, including videos and images, plus the industries and spend types they cater for.
If they're an ERP provider, you'll see any relevant Accounting products, too.
You can click the Learn more button at the top of a supplier's profile to go straight to the supplier's website and start browsing their products.
How do I find a supplier?
The search tool at the top of the EcoSystem homepage lets you search for suppliers by Name or Category, with the option to filter search results by Industry and/or Spend Type.
Hitting the Search button instantly reveals all suppliers in the EcoSystem that meet your search criteria, with the option to jump straight into each supplier's profile to explore their offerings.
The navigation menu on the left lets you browse the EcoSystem by each category, including:
- Account Products
- Industries
- Spend Type
- Supplier Type
