Here are all the new features that just landed in iCompleat.

What's new

We've tidied up Supplier management

We’ve done away with the side menu and replaced it with two tabs at the top for supplier defaults and configuration, giving you a clean and tidy space with no distractions while you’re setting up your suppliers.

We've added a Sage 50 64-bit connector

We’ve created a connector for the new 64-bit version of Sage 50.

Sage has a useful guide for checking which connector version you’re using, which you can find here.

To connect iCompleat to the Sage 50 64-bit connector, follow these steps.

You can now retry a failed invoice pack

We’ve introduced the option to retry creating an invoice pack that has failed.

Invoice packs can fail on rare occasions, and a quick retry can be enough to rectify the issue and create the pack successfully.

To retry an invoice pack, just click the Retry button next the failed pack, like this:

 

We hope this new option saves time and inconvenience for any customers who experience issues creating invoice packs.

We've removed the example row from our reference data spreadsheets

The previous spreadsheets for your reference data contained example data on row 3 highlighted in green.

We’ve removed the example row as it had the potential to cause confusion with your data iCompleat.

If you've used the old versions of the spreadsheets to upload your reference data, you don't need to take any action unless you need to add new reference data to iCompleat. Your reference data won't be affected.

When adding or updating existing reference data, just go to the Reference data area in iCompleat and download the new versions of the spreadsheets using the link shown here:
