A quicker and easier way to edit invoice lines

What is Improved Lines?

As part of a wider piece of work to make AP Automation as slick as possible, we’ve introduced a new feature to allow users to edit order and invoice summary lines directly from the summary page, instead of editing them line by line.

What is its purpose?

Our users wanted to be able to edit multiple line items of invoices and orders, but clicking into each line and editing one by one was creating unnecessary clicks and wasting time. This feature allows users to edit line items simply by clicking into the preview table.

While using Improved Lines, you can switch between the transaction's currency and a read-only version in your base currency in iCompleat, giving you a clear picture of a transaction's value in the currency you're operating in.

Improved Lines is available now for all iCompleat users!
