Sage Intacct UK users will now benefit from cached bank details, reducing the amount of time it takes to access data.
We’ve made AP processing even more simple by making matching info IDs clickable, showing full transaction details. This replaces the previous manual process of copying to clipboard and searching.
The ‘submit approval’ button will now always be shown, as it was occasionally hidden previously, and will be greyed out if not ready to submit to clear confusion.
To improve visibility, we’ve added each transaction's matching status in a preview box. You’ll now be able to see different statuses as the invoice is matched across several documents. This is particularly useful where a PO has been signed off for 12 months of spend and the invoices come through each month.
In response to new API charges introduced by Sage Intacct, we’re aiming to reduce unnecessary costs by turning off bank validation and payment status checks by default. The choice to activate manually is still available in behavior settings.
Bugs
When creating an invoice pack with lots of invoices to add, visibility was previously difficult. We’ve now fixed this and added a scroller for ease.
The attachment icon preview bug has been fixed when linking a purchase order to an invoice.
Matching info from the grid screen would previously sometimes spill out of the browser window- we’ve fixed this so it’s now always visible.
